Get DocSPO Lite
DocSPO Lite is SharePoint Online add-in available for installation only through the Office Store.
It is design to extend the default integration between Dynamics 365 and SharePoint Online.
Even you can install the add-in without the configured integration between the systems, the described features will not till the setup is in place.

Installation Guide
Prerequisite
The add-in brings meaningful functionality only if you have set up dynamics 365 to use SharePoint Online for document storage.
Please make sure that you have configured correctly the default integration.

Find DocSPO Lite in the Office Store
DocSPO Lite is available for instillation only through the AppSource (Microsoft Store for business solutions).
You can find it here:

Install DocSPO Lite
Follow the Office Store wizard and installed the add-in.

Configuration Wizard
When the add-in is accessed for the first time, it requires to be configured.
A configuration wizard guide the user through the steps.

Dynamics 365 instance url
Provide the full url of the Dynamics 365 instance. The url is used to provide navigation to the entity forms directly form SharePoint.

Entity Mapping
The default integration model creates separate SharePoint library for each Dynamics entity type. Each entity is connected to separate folder in its dedicated library.
Select those libraries which are related to the default integration model.
DocSPO Lite will use only the selected libraries to search for documents.

Edit Settings
The settings configured during the setup process can be edited at any time through the Settings link at the home page.
