Notifier Lite is available for installation only through the Office Store.
Follow the below steps to install and configure the add-in.

Note
“Notifier Lite works in conjunction with another add-in.” Why is this?
The add-ins installed through the Microsoft Office Store cannot complete certain actions due to security limitations.
However, the adjusted Store policy allows additionally installed add-ins to be able to overcome these limitations.
Notifier Lite works in conjunction with another add-in – Notifier Lite Plus.
Notifier Lite Plus is a SharePoint add-in that required full trust permissions in for the site where it is installed.
Through it, Notifier Lite also gets full rights access to the site.
These permissions are needed of Notifier Lite to register a ScriptLink control and load global script to all Classic SharePoint pages. Notifier Lite Plus doesn’t provide user interface.

Find Notifier Lite in the Office Store
Notifier Lite is available for instillation only through the AppSource (Microsoft Store for business solutions).

Install Notifier Lite
Follow the Office Store wizard and installed the Notifier Lite add-in.

Navigate to the App Catalog
SharePoint add-in (.app file extension) can be deployed inside your environment (tenant) in two different ways.
Depending on the selected way, the visibility of the solution is different.
Tenant App Catalog: App Catalog is a separate site collections inside your Office 365 tenant.
Solutions added in its Catalog gallery are available for installations inside all site collections.
Use this Catalog if you plan Notifier Lite to be used across multiple site collection.
Site App Catalog: This is a specific library inside the root site of a site collection.
Solutions added in it are available for installations only inside the site collection.
Use this Catalog if you plan Notifier Lite to be used locally only in site collection.
Note: We would recommend installing Notifier Lite Plus on a tenant level.
Depending on your plan how to use Notifier Lite, navigate to the App Catalog you selected.

Upload singens.notifier.lite.plus.app
Notifier Lite Plus is a SharePoint add-in.
Adding the file singens.notifier.lite.plus.app inside the App Catalog will allow site administrators to installed it.
During its installation in a particular site, Notifier Lite Plus will ask for full control permissions (Step 07).

Install Notifier Lite Plus
Navigate to the site where Notifier Lite is installed. Go to the available apps and search for “Notifier Lite Plus”.
Select Notifier Lite Plus.

Grant Permissions
Notifier Lite Plus required full control rights for the site where you install it.
Through it, Notifier Lite also gets full rights access to the site. These permissions are needed of Notifier Lite for registering a ScriptLink control thats loads global script to all SharePoint Classic pages.

Both together
Verify that Notifier Lite and Notifier Lite Plus are successfully installed in the same site.
Click on Notifier Lite and navigate to its welcome page.

Configuration Wizard
When Notifier Lite is accessed for the first time, it requires to be configured.
A configuration wizard guide the user through the steps.

Configuration Prerequisites
The site collection where Notifier Lite is installed must allow custom scripts.
This is needed because Notifier Lite register global script link control in the site.

Verify Notifier Lite Plus
The wizard will verify if the Notifier Lite Plus is installed.

Configuration
Using the SharePoint add-in programming model, Notifier Lite will configure the site so a global notifications are visible in the classic pages.
